We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Subscriptions

While your subscription is active, we retain all data necessary to operate your dedicated streaming instance, including your stream keys, channel URL, and video library.

6.2 After Cancellation or Subscription End

When your subscription ends – either through cancellation or non-renewal – we will:

• Continue providing the service until the end of your paid billing period
• Permanently delete your dedicated server instance, video library, stream keys, and all associated content within 14 days of your subscription end date

After this 14-day period, data recovery is not possible. If you wish to retain copies of any content stored on your instance, you must download it before your subscription ends.

6.3 Account and Contact Records

We may retain your name, email address, and transaction records for up to 7 years after your subscription ends, in accordance with UK financial record-keeping requirements.
