Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Stream247.tv. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Stream247.tv, the managed 24/7 live streaming service operated by GGWP.Live, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing the sign-up process and paying for the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and GGWP.Live.

2. Eligibility

To use Stream247.tv you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold valid accounts on the streaming platforms you wish to stream to (Twitch and/or YouTube)
• Have the legal right to use and broadcast all content submitted for streaming
• Not be prohibited from receiving our service under the laws of your jurisdiction

By using the service you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

3. The Service

Stream247.tv provides a fully managed 24/7 live streaming service. Specifically, we:

• Configure and operate dedicated hardware to broadcast your content continuously to Twitch and/or YouTube using stream keys you provide
• Automatically download your most recent YouTube live stream VOD on a daily basis, transcode it to broadcast quality, and add it to your 24/7 streaming queue
• Provide a personal web dashboard from which you can manage your video library, reorder your playlist, and monitor stream status
• Maintain and monitor the streaming infrastructure on your behalf

The service does not include:

• Creation, editing, or production of video content
• Management of your Twitch or YouTube channel settings, titles, or descriptions
• Any guarantee of increased followers, subscribers, views, or revenue

4. Getting Started

After payment of the one-time setup fee and your first monthly subscription fee, we will contact you to collect your stream keys and YouTube channel URL. We aim to have your service live within 24 hours of receiving the required information.

We will only begin work upon receipt of both the setup fee and first month’s subscription. No stream keys or personal credentials should be sent until you have received a confirmation from us.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing

The current pricing for Stream247 Managed is:

• One-time setup fee: £149 (non-refundable)
• Monthly subscription fee: £99 per month, billed in advance

5.2 Payment Method

All payments are processed via PayPal subscription through shop.ggwp.live. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis. Your relationship with PayPal is subject to their own terms of service.

5.3 Billing Cycle

Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You pay in advance for each calendar month of service. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th of the month, you are billed on the 10th of each subsequent month for the month ahead.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we increase the monthly subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days written notice by email before the new price takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal or by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are billed on the 10th and cancel on the 15th, your service will continue until the 9th of the following month. You will not be charged for subsequent months.

We do not offer partial-month refunds for early cancellation. Your service remains fully active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Following cancellation, we will delete your server instance and all associated content within 14 days of your subscription end date. After this period, no data recovery is possible. Please ensure you download any content you wish to keep before your subscription ends.

7. Refunds

7.1 Setup Fee

The £149 one-time setup fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of hardware provisioning, encoder configuration, stream key setup, and testing. This work is performed at the outset regardless of how long you subsequently use the service.

7.2 Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. However, if we are unable to deliver the service as described due to a fault on our part, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

7.3 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Your Responsibilities

8.1 Your Content

You are solely responsible for all video content that is broadcast through Stream247. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content you provide for streaming
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark
• Your content does not violate the Terms of Service of Twitch or YouTube
• Your content is not illegal, defamatory, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise harmful
• You comply with all applicable laws relating to your content and its broadcast

8.2 Stream Keys and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Twitch and YouTube accounts. Your stream keys grant broadcast access to your channels. You should rotate your stream keys immediately and notify us if you believe your keys have been compromised.

You should never share your GGWP.Live dashboard login credentials with third parties.

8.3 Platform Compliance

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of Stream247 complies with the Terms of Service of Twitch, YouTube, and any other platforms to which your content is streamed. We are not liable for any action taken by those platforms against your account.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the streaming service. Our system uses automated restart policies so that if a stream process fails, it resumes within seconds. In the event of hardware failure or other significant disruption, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and will notify you by email.

Planned maintenance that may affect stream continuity will be communicated in advance where possible. Unplanned outages due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to Twitch or YouTube platform outages, internet provider outages, or force majeure events) are not grounds for a refund unless the total downtime in a billing month exceeds 24 hours due to causes within our control.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all video content you provide to Stream247. By providing content to us, you grant GGWP.Live a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transcode, and broadcast that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

All intellectual property rights in the Stream247 platform, dashboard, software, and systems remain the property of GGWP.Live. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, GGWP.Live shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of revenue, profits, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of followers, subscribers, views, or any decline in channel performance
• Any action taken by Twitch, YouTube, or any third-party platform against your account
• Loss or corruption of data arising from circumstances beyond our control
• Any losses arising from your breach of these Terms or third-party platform terms

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

12. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately, without refund, if:

• You breach any of these Terms and Conditions
• You use the service to broadcast content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates the terms of Twitch or YouTube
• You fail to pay any amount due
• We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory or platform authority

We may also terminate the service on 30 days’ written notice in the event that we cease to operate Stream247 as a commercial service. In such circumstances, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid subscription fees covering the period after termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days’ written notice by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
